Firestone Complete Auto Care

I took my car to the firestone alexis location to get some work done and i was impressed by their professionalism, attitude, and cleanliness of the lobby as I had to wait onsite while my truck was worked on. I would recommend this location to friends and family and will be coming here again in the future.

Eric was very helpful signing me in to get my vehicle inspected and everyone was friendly. However I unfortunately came in only because of a smell, my air was cold before I arrived and now it is warm.

Although this location was booked up for the day, they heard my situation and were happy to squeeze me in last minute! Eric was great and made sure all my needs were taken care of before my road trip.

DONT GO HERE!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I would definitely have to say this is the worst experience i have had with any type of mechanic shop. I hire them to do a diagnostics on my car, i drop it off then they called me and tell me my car needs an oil change because it's 4 quarts low on oil so they need to add oil to do the diagnostics test. So I tell them, okay, that's fine. I have them do it, then they tell me, I need an oil change anyways. And that they weren't going to charge me for the 4 quarter oil, which at the end they ended up charging me anyways. So i paid a $100 plus taxes and "fees". For an oil change. And $116 plus taxes for the diagnostics test. Which, when I pick the car up and get the receipt and the paperwork. The diagnostics is some highlighted codes with no descriptions with them. So the scanner that I own and used on my own car i had the codes already. Then, I tell them, this is not a diagnostics test you only gave me the codes that I already have. I needed an entire diagnostics of everything that is coming up with the check engine light. So after I wasted my time going to pick the car up. Just to find out that this is what they gave me. I leave the car SINCE ITS A

Would give negative stars if I could. Go for a tire repair then told unrepairable. Had to order. three days later drop off to install tire. Paid and Picked up , drove home to discover I still had the old tire still on. Never replaced still had nail in it. Unbelievable
